Very helpful at front desk Facility is generally clean Needs more carts for transporting storage. Larger size carts would be more useful.

Staff was very friendly, unit was clean. Only downside is that I can only get to my unit during business hours, but I knew that going in! So far so good!!!

Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . Great price compared to other locations. Only flaw with this place is the schedule. You can't even access your unit on off hours. Other than that it's great.

The most friendliest staff in person or on the phone, great prices on storage rooms and they appreciate their customers. During this covid19 breakout they are working with thier renters and not even charging any late fees and taking partial payment to help ppl out so they wont lose their valuables

This place is very clean and appealing to the eyes. I was going through a hard time and the staff there, Hi Kayla, were very professional and made me feel at home. I would recommend everyone to store their belongings here. The attitudes and body language exemplified by you guys is what customer service is about. Sooo a very very special thank you to you all for helping me transition during a bad time in my life. You guys are awesome!!
