The representative named Kerwin who assisted me in the transition was phenomenal in taking my information and showing the different rooms that would meet my needs, and he was patient and professional enough to satisfy every question that I had! I’m so very happy with my units here at the Ozone Park location. They have a very friendly and professional staff. The manager, Julissa, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole facility is always clean and neat. I’m up to my fifth unit at this location. Very convenient and easy access.

Good amount of space at a decent price. It's not 24 hours, so it's something you have to consider, but accessing the building during open hours is simple. The place could use some work and a new paint job, but I'm just using it to store a few unused items, so it's not so bad to be a big deal to me. So far, a great value.
